By downloading or using Bagly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Bagly is a mobile application that helps users prepare their luggage for trips. The application provides: • Creation and management of packing lists • Weather-based item suggestions for your destination • Personalized AI recommendations • List sharing between travelers • Organization by categories and trips

All application content (texts, illustrations, code, logo) is the exclusive property of Samy Hammouche. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

You are responsible for: • Using the app in compliance with applicable laws • The accuracy of trip information you provide • Your own packing decisions (suggestions are advisory only) • Keeping your login credentials confidential

Bagly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Samy Hammouche does not guarantee: • The accuracy of weather forecasts (provided by OpenWeather) • The completeness of packing suggestions • Uninterrupted availability of the service Samy Hammouche shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the application.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lille, France.
