These Terms of Sale govern the subscription and use of premium plans offered within the Bagly application.

Bagly offers subscriptions providing access to premium features: • Advanced AI suggestions • Unlimited custom categories • Unlimited collaborative lists Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Current pricing is shown in the application at the time of subscription.

Payment is processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Payment conditions, including accepted payment methods, are those of the respective platform.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund will be issued for the current period.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun with your express consent and waiver of your right of withdrawal.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts of Lille, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
